Carter, 70, seemed glamorous in a sequin gown with a slit up one leg, sans the standard heels.
She was there to assist pal designer Diane von Furstenberg, who was honored with the Feminist Award on the ceremony. The award was established by the late Supreme Courtroom affiliate justice, in addition to Chairman of the Dwight D. Opperman Basis, Julie Opperman.
