In Saturday’s qualifying race, Joe Gibbs Racing driver Christopher Bell gained the pole for Sunday’s race with a velocity of 180.928 mph. It was his second pole win within the ongoing 2022 NASCAR season. His teammate Martin Truex Jr. will share the entrance row with Bell.
