An enormous blanket of foul-smelling poisonous foam overflowed a polluted river in a city simply outdoors the Colombian capital Bogota. Individually, taking to Twitter, the mayor of the city, Gian Gerometta mentioned that the issue of waste and detergents within the River Bojaca was being aggravated by the wet season and vegetal matter within the water. Mr Gerometta said that now the vegetal matter was being eliminated and the froth ought to disappear in a matter of days.
