FRANKFURT, Sept 18 (Reuters) – Tesla (TSLA.O) is planning to double car gross sales in Germany in 2022, German weekly Automobilwoche reported, citing an area government.
“Our purpose is to double gross sales every year, which interprets into round 80,000 models in 2022,” the chief was quoted as saying.
In 2021, Tesla bought 39,714 automobiles in Germany, the place the carmaker has constructed its first European gigafactory in Gruenheide close to Berlin.
Tesla was not instantly out there for remark.
