Sept 25 (Reuters) – Rihanna will carry out on the Tremendous Bowl halftime present in February in Glendale, Arizona, the Nationwide Soccer League introduced on Sunday.
The Grammy-winning Barbadian singer is filling one of the vital coveted slots within the U.S. music calendar, watched by thousands and thousands of tv viewers yearly. Earlier halftime performers have included Michael Jackson, Prince, Beyoncé, Missy Elliott, Woman Gaga, the Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Madonna, Bruce Springsteen and the Who.

The Tremendous Bowl, the most important occasion in American soccer, takes place at Glendale’s State Farm Stadium on Feb. 12.
