What’s your workplace persona? I corresponded with greater than three dozen folks about their work experiences. Impressed by these conversations, I created a quiz that explores totally different working kinds, one which’s designed for self-reflection and dialogue.
Psychologists have recognized what’s often called the “Huge 5” persona traits, that are constant throughout populations: extroversion, openness, conscientiousness, agreeableness and neuroticism.
Two traits specifically play a robust position in shaping office habits: extroversion, the diploma to which social interplay energizes somebody, and openness, which refers to somebody’s creativity and urge for food for novel experiences. I designed the quiz with these traits in thoughts.
