BERLIN, Aug 12 (Reuters) – Bayer (BAYGn.DE) on Friday welcomed a call by an arbitration courtroom to dismiss a declare by BASF (BASFn.DE) that it overpaid for property bought by Bayer to safe antitrust clearance for the takeover of Monsanto.
