WASHINGTON, April 1 (Reuters) – President Joe Biden was glad to see that the voices of Amazon.com Inc (AMZN.O) employees had been heard, the White Home stated on Friday, after warehouse employees in New York Metropolis voted to type the first-ever union on the second-largest U.S. non-public employer.
Biden believes “firmly each employee in each state ought to have a free and truthful alternative to hitch a union,” White Home press secretary Jen Psaki instructed reporters. Amazon employees in Staten Island “made their alternative to prepare a grassroots union cut price for higher jobs and a greater life.”
