“Brooklyn 9-9” star Craig Robinson held an impromptu piano efficiency to the delight of onlookers on the ATX TV Competition on Friday
Robinson was on his method out of the Driskill Lodge throughout glad hour drinks when he hopped on an empty piano and commenced enjoying tunes for festival-goers, together with “Candy Desires (Are Made Of This)” by Eurythmics, “Don’t Cease Believin’” by Journey, “Take On Me” by a-ha, “A Thousand Miles” by Vanessa Carlton, “I Will Survive” by Gloria Gaynor, “Purple Rain” by Prince, “Summer season Lovin’” from Grease and extra.
Onlookers screamed and cheered when the “Workplace” alum performed the theme track for the hit NBC present throughout his spontaneous present.
Earlier within the day Robinson — who’s on the town selling his new sequence “Killing It” — appeared on the “Humorous AF” panel alongside his former “Workplace” co-star Ed Helms, author Phil Augusta Jackson, “American Auto” star X Mayo and “Dancing With Myself” host Liza Koshy.
On “Killing It,” which came out in April on Peacock, Robinson performs a man named Craig who joins a python killing competitors in Florida, hoping to win cash that may lead him to the “American dream.”
“We had three completely different variations of snakes, we had the rubber pretend ones, we had the CGI after which we had the actual snakes,” Robinson instructed Web page Six on the competition, including that he overcame his concern of snakes when he held one throughout a visit to Australia. “I used to be misled by the bible and ‘Indiana Jones.’”
