Nov 17(Reuters) – The Disney sequel movie “Disenchanted” premiered in Hollywood on Wednesday following its predecessor, “Enchanted,” by flipping the narrative of typical Disney fairytales.
When “Enchanted,” the story of a cartoon princess being transported to modern-day New York, was launched in 2007, it received the hearts of each critics and audiences.
Now, actor Amy Adams is making her magical return as Giselle, who by chance turns into the villain of the story as an evil stepmother to her stepdaughter Morgan, portrayed by Gabriella Baldacchino.
Adams advised Reuters that it took her a second to benefit from the evil side of her character.
“Actually, after I first began being imply to her, I felt so horrible as a result of it was so antithetical to Giselle, and it simply didn’t really feel good after I did that,” stated Adams.
