MILAN, Sept 25 (Reuters) – Italian designer Giorgio Armani offered a lightweight spring/summer season assortment with loads of sparkle for his eponymous fundamental line at Milan Trend Week on Sunday.
The 88-year-old vogue veteran opened the present, known as “Fil d’Or” (golden thread), with lightly-coloured appears in sand and pale gray. Fashions wore elongated jackets and tapered free trousers matched with golden luggage and trainers.
He then turned to varied shades of blue to current fringed tops and lengthy clothes over trousers, a wide range of each cropped jackets and beaded gilets paired with fluid skirts.

Most of the designs bore glowing gildings. For the finale, fashions wore an array of golden night outfits consisting of glowing sheer tops or robes with sequined trims.
“I can not handle making garments with out them having at the least one sequin,” Armani joked to reporters concerning the abundance of shine within the assortment.
“Just a few years in the past, it was misplaced to put on an outfit with paillettes through the day, now it’s accepted. The essential factor is to put on it nicely,” he added, repeating that the primary theme of the gathering was “lightness”.
Fashions primarily wore flat sandals.
