“Jackass” star Johnny Knoxville has filed for divorce from his second spouse, Naomi Nelson, after nearly 12 years of marriage.
The stunt performer, 51, cited “irreconcilable variations” as a motive for the cut up and claims the pair have been separated since September 2021, in line with the submitting obtained by TMZ on Thursday.
Knoxville and the documentary filmmaker dated for “a number of years” earlier than announcing in August 2009 that they had been anticipating their first little one collectively.
On the time, Knoxville defined he and Nelson “felt it was time to begin reproducing” and that they had been “excited as all hell.”
“Can’t wait ’til the little booger will get right here,” he added. “My daughter Madison [from his first marriage] has already began changing into an enormous sister, too, and helps select garments, strollers, and beds for her new little sister or brother.”
The couple’s son, Rocko Akira Clapp, was born in December 2009, and the pair bought married the next September in Los Angeles.
Additionally they share 10-year-old daughter Arlo Clapp.
In response to TMZ, Knoxville — whose actual title is Philip John Clapp — is requesting joint authorized and bodily custody of the youngsters.
His last Instagram post of Nelson is from Aug. 20, 2021, the month earlier than he claims they separated.
