On Monday’s “Late Night time With Seth Meyers,” the actor shared two private tidbits that counsel her career-defining position was future.
First, Fischer revealed how her father in actual life is called Jim — similar to John Krasinski’s character whom she ultimately marries within the present.
Second, she recalled her father’s job at Boise Cascade “they usually make paper.” On display, she labored on the fictional paper and workplace provides firm Dunder Mifflin.
Host Seth Meyers lightheartedly requested Fischer if her father was “further proud once you bought your job at a fictional paper firm.”
She recalled giving him a Dundler Mifflin shirt one Christmas when the present wasn’t as well-known. “He would put on it and folks would say, ‘Oh, is that the corporate you’re employed for? Dunder Mifflin?’ And he would say, ‘No, my daughter is the receptionist there.’ After which individuals can be confused,” she remembered.
“They needed to work backwards to appreciate he was bragging about you,” stated Meyers.
