Sept 15 (Reuters) – Kanye West’s attorneys on Thursday despatched a letter to Hole Inc (GPS.N) notifying the attire chain that the rapper and designer was terminating his partnership with the corporate, saying it failed to satisfy its obligations below the contract.
Hole breached its settlement with West by not promoting the Yeezy Hole-branded merchandise at its brick-and-mortar shops and failing to open devoted shops for the model, the letter, considered by Reuters, stated.
The corporate can promote current Yeezy Hole shares till the sell-off interval, the letter stated. Shares within the Banana Republic guardian closed 3.6% decrease on Thursday.
