April 11 (Reuters) – BOC Aviation (2588.HK) stated on Monday it plans to purchase 80 Airbus (AIR.PA) A320neo household jets in what’s the aircraft-leasing agency’s largest order.
The order consists of 10 A321XLR plane, 50 A321neo plane and 20 A320neo plane, and the supply of the jets is scheduled between 2027 and 2029.
“That is the most important single order that we’ve ever positioned and it’ll deliver our complete Airbus plane bought since inception to 546,” stated Robert Martin, the chief govt of BOC Aviation.
The Singapore-based plane lessor had entered a deal in March to buy 11 Boeing (BA.N) 737 Max 8 plane, that are scheduled to be delivered in 2023 and 2024.
(This story corrects headline to say BOC Aviation to purchase 80 Airbus plane, not seeks.)
