PARIS, March 17 (Reuters) – U.S. tech large Microsoft (MSFT.O) is dealing with an antitrust grievance filed by three European rivals within the booming cloud computing enterprise, one the plaintiffs stated on Thursday.
The grievance, filed with the European Union’s competitors watchdog months in the past, alleges that Microsoft’s contractual and enterprise practices make it pricey and tough for customers of its cloud computing companies to go for these of a competitor, a supply near the matter stated.
French cloud computing companies supplier OVHcloud (OVH.PA) confirmed in a press release that it had joined the grievance towards Microsoft. A spokesperson for the corporate declined to offer the names of the 2 different European plaintiffs.
