The dad and mom of a 3-year-old Denver boy who fatally shot himself are underneath investigation for negligent youngster abuse inflicting demise.
Celina Duran, 39, the boy’s mom, was arrested Thursday on suspicion of kid abuse – negligently inflicting demise, in accordance with a police information launch. The boy’s father, Manuel Lopez, 34, stays at massive.
At round 5:20 p.m. April 17, the boy was taken by a personal car to an area hospital affected by a gunshot wound, police stated. He died on April 22.

Rosinetta Mackall, 40, Roy’s mom, is accused of leaving an unsecured weapon in an space her youngsters had entry to, police stated. Ron Matthews, Mackall’s husband, was not current on the residence or residing there on the time of the accident, however police alleged Matthews “lied and tampered with proof of their dialog” when he was questioned about his interactions with Mackall surrounding the incident.
