A pedestrian hit by a motorist in Denver on Friday night time died on the scene.

The incident occurred at Race Road and East Colfax Avenue, in keeping with the Denver Police Division. Westbound Colfax was shut down by the collision, and the driving force concerned remained on the scene.
An investigation is ongoing.
