ZURICH, March 29 (Reuters) – Thousands and thousands of years after dinosaurs dominated the Earth, the skeleton of a large Tyrannosaurus Rex was launched to the general public in Switzerland on Wednesday forward of its public sale subsequent month.

The large carnivore, named TRX-293 Trinity, is anticipated to fetch between 5 million ($5.43 million) and eight million Swiss francs ($8.70 million) when it goes on sale in Zurich on April 18.

Standing 3.9 metres excessive and measuring 11.6 metres lengthy, it is just the third T-Rex skeleton to be provided at public sale, and the primary in Europe.
