Sean “Diddy” Combs has been named in yet another lawsuit.
The media mogul has been accused of dangling a woman over a balcony at then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s home in 2016, TMZ reported on Saturday.
Bryana “Bana” Bongolan filed the lawsuit against Combs in LA Superior Court earlier this week — suing the Bad Boy Records founder for sexual battery and false imprisonment, among other claims.
Per the outlet, Bongolan claims in court documents that she was staying at Ventura’s apartment at the time of the alleged incident.
She claims Combs came over late one night and began groping her.
When Bongolan attempted to reject his alleged advances, she claims Combs held her over the balcony, which was 17 stories from the ground.
She goes on to claim that the “I’ll Be Missing You” artist pulled her back up and then physically assaulted her by slamming her into the patio furniture.
Bongolan is seeking $10 million in damages from the music mogul, per TMZ.
“Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless,” Combs’ team said in a statement to Page Six.
“He has unwavering faith in the facts and in the fairness of the judicial process. In court, the truth will come to light, demonstrating that the claims against Mr. Combs are without merit.”
Combs continues to be detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY, following his September arrest for sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The record producer was denied bail for a third time on Wednesday after prosecutors argued Combs poses too much of a threat to victims if released from prison ahead of his trial.
His trial date is set for May 5.
