The Commerce Division stated on Friday that it had recognized 100 business and personal plane that violated U.S. export controls by flying into Russia and that their house owners, operators and servicers had been vulnerable to substantial jail time, fines, lack of export privileges or different restrictions.
The announcement stated it was placing the world “on discover” to not restore or refuel the planes, highlighting the scope of the brand new limitations.
