LOS ANGELES, June 28 (Reuters) – Filmmaker Woody Allen, who has confronted a backlash in Hollywood over a sexual assault allegation by his adopted daughter, stated on Tuesday he’ll shoot a brand new movie in Paris this fall and that it might be his final.
Allen, 86, spoke in a uncommon interview to actor Alec Baldwin about his profession and his new ebook “Zero Gravity,” a set of humor essays.
“A number of the fun is gone,” Allen stated of filmmaking.

“After I used to do a movie, it might go right into a film home all throughout the nation. Now you do a film and also you get a pair weeks in a film home, perhaps six weeks or 4 weeks after which it goes proper to streaming or pay-per-view … it isn’t as satisfying to me.”
Allen gave no particulars about his upcoming film, which might be his fiftieth.
